I’m Daisey Ostrander (née Blower) and I share my love of life long learning. I’m a Californian who ended up with an Iowa guy and we landed in Chicago. We live in the Logan Square neighborhood with our two sons and our dog, Poppy. I work in technology as a Talent Acquisition leader, trying my best to keep up with evolution in our space and my abilities as a people leader.

My writing is where I work through the process of personal evolution. Here, I ruminate on my love of movement, my mental health affirming practices, the resources I lean on, and dole out unsolicited advice on professional development.
